The draw will be on Sunday 31st December 2017 at 10pm.
There will be two draws, one for £40 and the second for £100.
Please note: the committee have agreed that only regular paid-up members will be allowed to participate in the draw for £100 ie., Anyone who has paid consecutively for the last 4 months up to December 2017.
Additional numbers can be purchased on the night but they will only be entered into the draw for £40.

Club Competitions 2017
The Club competitions in Shove, Crib, Darts and Pool are being run again this year with the entry sheets up in the Club. Closing date for entry 6th October 2017. No entry fee but you must be a member or prospective member to participate.
There will be one week minimum between rounds.
It will be each player’s responsibility to arrange each game to be played.
If a game is not arranged and played after 7 days of designated date then organiser will set date and time to be played in the following week. If either or both parties do not attend the arranged game then they will be eliminated from the competition.
The organiser’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final.

''HOY' for the Kids'
It has been proposed that we have an evening session of ''HOY' for the kids'.
This would take place one Wednesday night a month. Prizes would consist of confectionaries and toys.
Session would start at 8pm and finish by 9.30pm.

The committee are considering organising a monthly members only darts competition. Entry fee would be £1 per entrant. The club would put up prize money as follows:
1st Prize - £30
2nd Prize - £20
3rd Prize - £10
For any placing 3rd to last place decided by a drawer, ie. if you finish eighth and number eight is drawn, you win £10 etc.
The competition would be held on either a Saturday night or Wednesday night, which ever proves most popular.
Competition to start at 8pm.
If you would be interested in entering this competition, please place your name on the list provided in the club and state preference to the day you would prefer to play, majority will decide day of competition.

Dear Members and Friends,
Due to recent prize increases announced by Carlsberg and an increase in government tax announced in the recent budget, the committee have found it necessary to make an increase in bar prices for all alcohol beverages.
All draft beers, lager, Guinness and cider will increase by 10 pence per pint. All bottled beers, larger and cider will increase by 10 pence per bottle or can. Wine will increase by 10 pence per measure or single serve bottle. All spirits will increase by 10 pence per measure.
These increases will come into effect from Monday 1st May 2017.

This event is open to members only at present and due to expected demand numbers will be limited.
A list of names of members who wish to attend is being compiled on the club noticeboard. Depending on demand entry may be decided by ballot.
Priority is being given to members until Saturday 25th February. If there are still spaces after this date, an entrance fee of £3.50 will apply to non members who apply after 25th February.
Reduced prices for popular beers and spirits will be available on the night.
We expect this event to be well attended, so ensure you get your name down as soon as possible as the board is filling up!
